Return Policy.
NO RETAIL PURCHASES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER
FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

All returned items must be received in
the original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts,
instructions or accessories, and must be in resalable condition.

Returned items that have suffered
physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.

Computer systems may be returned within
a period of 15 days from the date of delivery, and are subject to a
15% restocking fee.

Defective parts or systems will be
exchanged with the same parts or systems. Shipping is
non-refundable.

If at the time of exchange, a product is
no longer available, that product may be replaced for a product of
an equal or greater value, at the discretion of
Wireless-Computer-Networking.com.

All returns must be accompanied by an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, unless otherwise
specified. To request an RMA, email
returns@wireless-computer-networking.com, remember to include
your name and the order number in your email request.

Refunds for credit card purchases will
be credited back to the original credit card, only. Refunds for cash
or check will be mailed to the original customer.

deliver the best possible price to you without cutting any corners in
quality and performance of the systems we build. We work on a very
slim margin and are successful in our business only because we have a
